The Portal and the underlying databases may only be used in the ways intended by Fraport Slovenija. Access to the Portal is made available to the user only by pre-registration. As part of the pre-registration procedure, the user has to submit true and complete data that is requested. In case of subsequent changes of registration data, the user must send a notice via the Portal access page under the column Notice. Access to the Portal will be provided only to those users, who have the need for such access, which shall be assessed on individual case. Fraport Slovenija may refuse access to the Portal without any explanation. By approved access to the Portal the user receives a dedicated password, which he is obliged to protect and not to disclose to third parties. In case of suspicion of the disclosure of the password, the user shall inform Fraport Slovenija immediately. Access and the use of Portal are free of charge.

It is prohibited to transfer the content of the Portal to third parties who are not entitled to access in the Portal. In case of observed breaches users access to the Portal will be denied.

All matters regarding the use of this website shall be governed by Slovenian substantive law. All disputes that might arise between the user and Fraport Slovenija regarding this terms shall be settled by mutual consent. In case that this is not possible, the Court of Kranj shall have jurisdiction in resolving disputes.
